Appreciated your comments, will have to grab a copy of the book. I'm an introverted pastor who struggles with all the expectations that the pastor be the primary extrovert of the church. In seminary I even had a ministry leadership professor who said he did not think an introvert could ever make a good pastor.
One of the most interesting things I discovered when we were involved with a church plant overseas, was just how MANY missionaries really are introverts.
