SportsIllustrated.com has a wonderful article that ranks all 30 Major League Baseball parks on a scale called the "Fan Value Index." It takes into consideration things like ticket prices, amenities, parking, atmosphere, and the actual ball club. Surprisingly, no. 1 was Angels Stadium; the new Busch Stadium ranked no. 11.
Speaking of the new Busch, it was a great treat to be there last night with my 5-year old son watching Chris Carpenter shut-out the dreaded Astros...
