A pastor or elder spends so much time in ministry, whether one on one, or in groups, ad council meetings, session meetings, etc. What is more on their mind is getting away from people and having some peace and quiet. Individuals in the church who feel lonely, or don't see anyone except at sunday & wednesday service get lost in the crowd because leaders potentially can't relate to wanting 'more' friendship or community.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
